POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead EDI/API Integrations Specialist to oversee and manage our electronic data interchange (EDI) and application programming interface (API) integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI/API technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of EDI/API integrations with major retail partners, including Amazon, Lowes, and Home Depot.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data exchange and integration processes.
- Develop and maintain EDI/API documentation, including mapping specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration guidelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI/API transactions to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the EDI/API integration team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve integration processes.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI/API integrations, with a focus on retail partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (i.e. ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and API protocols (i.e. REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in integration tools and platforms (i.e. Celigo, Orderful, TrueCommerce).
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
