OXBO/H&S Manufacturing in Marshfield is seeking a full time Associate Accountant.
Summary:
An Associate Accountant is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer orders into the Company’s ERP system, maintaining customer accounts and answering customer inquiries.
Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Set up new customers and maintain existing customer data in the company ERP system
- Input sales orders into database in a timely manner
- Send order acknowledgements to customers
- Effectively communicate with sales representatives, internal departments (scheduling, purchasing, shipping) and plant management on the status of orders
- Ensure all sales order changes are coordinated with scheduling, purchasing and manufacturing to ensure the plant’s ability to accept the changes
- Prepare monthly reporting on inbound sales orders and backlog
- Communicate with dealers and sales representatives on a daily basis
- Answer dealer and sales representative questions and provide information on a timely basis
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal & written)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

- 1-3 years experience in an office environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
