Accounting Associate-Sales/Revenue

Oxbo International, is a leader in providing harvesting solutions to niche agricultural markets. We are currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for preparing/ processing of sales quotes, invoices, and contracts, creating financial reports and assisting with internal/external audits.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)

• Creating and maintaining customer records for the sales organization
• Preparing, processing, and auditing sales quotes, invoices, and contracts.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring quality of orders.
• Preparing and maintaining financial and business transactions that involve sales and/or service revenue, handling the checks and balances of revenues generated in an organization.
• Reviewing all activities of the general ledger that are revenue related in all departments in the company.
• Utilizing accounting principles, that include work that is analytical, evaluative, and advisory in nature and that requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice.
• Reconciling invoices with accounts receivable ledgers.
• Compiling records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
• Preparing accounts and reports for management, including balance sheets and income statements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-4 years of business experience.

- Accounting experience within a manufacturing organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations

· Strong computer skills: Proven understanding of Excel. Experience using manufacturing ERP systems preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
