Oxbow Pool and Landscape Contractors is a residential pool and landscape construction company working on some of the finest projects in the North Bay (Marin, Sonoma, & Napa Counties). We are looking to hire a full-time Landscape Maintenance Salesperson to add to our growing team. This position will focus on new accounts along the 101 corridor from the Healdsburg area to Marin.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Focus on signing new accounts, developing key relationships, and selling residential and retail hospitality landscape maintenance services to new clients
- Actively follow up on all sales leads and potential customer requests
- Coordinate with the Head of Landscape Maintenance on developing new Hospitality and Commercial accounts as well as maintain existing relationships
- Develop new business, new relationships with key decision-makers, and new markets beginning with prospecting and cold calling through to negotiation, pricing, and finalized contracts achieving increased overall sales to meet or exceed established goals and key performance indicators
- Create, formalize, and execute an effective strategic and tactical sales plan to increase sales and position the company as a valued business partner
- Collaborate with upper management and other internal teams, lending your expertise on competitors, customer needs, trends, sales data, business opportunities, presentations, and bids as well as successful transitions of new accounts to operations
- Provide a “world-class” customer experience with every interaction
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Be present on the Landscape Maintenance site walks
- Competency in the companies' estimating systems

Skills/Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful experience in Sales for Residential Landscape, Hospitality Landscape, Landscape Sales, or Estate Management
- Driver's License (Required)
- Proven Track Record
- Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service

Essential Physical Tasks: Frequently sit for extended periods; stand and walk or crouch on uneven surfaces and may occasionally be required to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects, office equipment, plants, or tools ; physical ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication;
Physical Demands Requirements
This job mainly operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role, however, some travel is required. This would require the ability to enter, travel in, and exit vehicles and airplanes.
$85,000.00 -$125,000 per year base salary commission.
Base Salary Depends on Experience.
