We help employers understand and manage their fiduciary responsibilities to the plan and their employees.

The Role Offers:
· The key responsibilities of
o Producing industry leading quarterly investment reports and analytics for the mutual fund universe and all client holdings.
o Overseeing, creating and updating quarterly and ad-hoc commentary on the firm’s “watch” and “select” list of mutual funds.
o Preparing analysis for sales presentations.
o Acting as the liaison with mutual fund company portfolio managers to understand the funds’ returns, risks, characteristics and return attribution.
o Staying current with industry investment trends.
o Creating and maintaining best in class retirement plan mutual fund line-ups.
· Ownership that is understanding of work/life issues with a relaxed management style that allows for freedom and independence.

Our Requirements:

b. Degreed individual who is passionate about the financial markets. Previous investment reporting/analyst and mutual fund experience preferred. Must work well in a team atmosphere. Office is located in Rhode Island with the majority of clients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
c. Solid written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate your ideas to internal/external customers in a way that is understandable and actionable. A knowledgeable, passionate service-oriented leader who is hungry/self-driven, analytical, and possesses a team-first attitude. You must be organized and align well with our culture and have a “get things done” type attitude. Possess good writing skills coupled with intellectual curiosity.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
