What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Sales Manager/Director position at OxeFit?
Salary Range: Based on experience
As a Outside Commercial Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to present OxeFit’s advanced strength training system units to a growing customer base through live demonstrations, superior customer service, and driving sales growth through strategically targeting customer interest while demonstrating fitness expertise.
Essential Functions:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on cold calling and prospecting new leads to generate opportunities.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of physiology, human movement, and strength training
- Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle while meeting and/or exceeding monthly targets
- Respond to all customer inquiries using various mediums (emails, phone calls, video calls, etc) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive customer acquisition through proactive hunting and outreach strategies, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Schedule demos and conduct routine follow-ups on active leads
- Build, distribute, and track customer quotations
- Report sales progress to sales team
- Maintain a subject-matter-expert level understanding of both XS1 and XP1 systems
- Gather customer insights and feedback to be used for internal process improvements and effectively communicate ideas with leadership and team members
- Weekend availability is required and ability to work with a varying work schedule
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
