Job Description:
Position Overview: As the Client Care Representative, you’ll be the air traffic controller of our service team. In this role, you’ll manage incoming client requests, coordinate service tickets, and ensure our clients receive top-notch support and communication. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized while making clients happy, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly voice on the phone, serving as the first point of contact for the service department.
- Create, prioritize, and manage client tickets in our ticketing system, assigning and scheduling engineers to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up on completed service tickets to confirm client satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding ticket updates, project scheduling, managed services onboarding/offboarding, and consultative appointments.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to maintain smooth service operations.
- Additional Duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise Manage) is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT services or MSP environments preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
