Oxendale GMC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Flagstaff, AZ!
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase a vehicle. Your role will be to build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through the sales process—from greeting to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor and lot
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product information
- Present pricing, financing, and add-on options professionally
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers before and after the sale
- Utilize the dealership CRM system to track leads and follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with the sales and finance team to meet monthly goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and goal-driven mindset
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Navajo) is a plus
