Our client is a leading consulting firm in the DC-metro area, dedicated to developing affordable, integrated data information systems for organizations worldwide. Committed to providing rewarding career opportunities for military veterans and maintaining a "no jerks " policy, they are seeking a Cleared Tier 2 Power Platform Application Support Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Tier 2 issues for Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dataverse
  • Resolve .NET and JavaScript integration challenges.
  • Ensure application uptime and compliance.
  • Document solutions and suggest system improvements.
  • Work closely with end users, developers, and support teams to diagnose and resolve issues enhance performance, and ensure compliance with DoD standards.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with Power Platform, .NET, JavaScript, and Dataverse.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required (per government contract).
  • Willing and able to work 100% remote
