Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to provide project management support for End User Computing Infrastructure initiatives. This role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle, including facilitation, planning, scope development, tracking, risk management, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing medium to complex projects and demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
Essential Functions
- Manage multiple medium to complex projects in End User Computing and IT Service Management, including Windows upgrades, end-of-lifecycle projects, service improvement initiatives, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM), IT Asset Management Operations, and workstation performance.
- Collaborate with all levels of management, including executives, business, and operational teams, to define project scope and ensure deliverables align with realistic and measurable outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, track dependencies, and manage resource assignments to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Facilitate change management processes, including backlog maintenance, prioritization of scope, and updates to work plans.
- Communicate project expectations effectively to internal sponsors, team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Track and report project progress using tools such as MS Project, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Certification such as PMP, CAPM, or CSM preferred but not required.
