Our client is a leading Christian healthshare ministry based in the Midwest seeking an experienced and faith-driven BI Analyst to join the team and lead the transition to analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support marketing business decisions.
The analyst will work closely with the Director of Marketing; creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders and providing guidance to the Marketing team using data.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
• Analyze lead data, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports to inform marketing strategies.
Education & Experience Required
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business, IT, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or Marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Understanding of Marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager).
• 1-3 experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• In-depth understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
• Previous experience working in database design and data warehousing.
• Extensive knowledge in Data Analysis Methodologies.
Job Certification & Training Desired
• Google Analytics Certification
• HubSpot Reporting Certification
• Microsoft: Power BI Data Analyst
• Python or R Certification: Programming Language
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
