Data Analyst
One of our clients is looking to bring on an Analyst who brings around 5 years of experience analyzing data and pulling actionable insights for the business. The role will be responsible for managing a team of analysts :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or related field of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales analysis, account management or a related field.
- Retail big box (specifically Home Depot) and / or consumer packaged goods background preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of sales analysts.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively to senior management.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite, PowerBI and other data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Ability to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time.
