Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile practices for our data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience managing projects focused on data migrations, including cloud transitions and large-scale data infrastructure transformations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the team in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Track and report on project metrics, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
- Support the team in managing risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Advocate for Agile principles and help to scale Agile practices across the organization.
