Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create specifications for components and subsystems.
- Define hardware and software interfaces between various subsystems.
- Develop, test, analyze, and document turret fire control algorithms.
- Build linear and nonlinear dynamic models and simulations to assess system performance.
- Support lab and field testing of systems and components.
- Generate technical documentation including plans and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Control Systems and Signal Processing is required.
- 5 to 10 years of industry experience in systems engineering.
- Strong understanding of classical and modern control system design principles.
- Proficiency in signal processing and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience working with the hardware and software components of electro-mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and modeling tasks.
- Familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
