What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slate CRM Consultant position at Oxenham Group?
Our client is looking for a Slate CRM conultant to drive successful implementation, customization, and continuous optimization of the Slate CRM platform for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- manage the implementation, customization and optimization of Slate CRM to ensure seamless integration with client student information systems, financial aid systems and other external databases
- lead data migration processes from legacy systems
- provide training to clients and create documentation on Slate processes, ensuring users can effectively manage and utilize the CRM
- develop both front-end (portal, dashboards) and back-end functionality (API integration, SQL scripts) to enhance CRM usability and operational efficiency
Desired Skills and Experience :
This is a remote position with some occasional travel (10-20%) to client sites.
