SQL Developer - 6 month contract
We are seeking a SQL Developer to maintain, support, and troubleshoot their SQL Server environment, managing SSIS integrations and SSRS reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

- 80% maintenance & support of an existing data repository
- 20% new development, including integrations and reporting enhancements
- Manage and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, and views
- Monitor and resolve SSIS/SSRS package failures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Ensure scheduled jobs and workflows execute successfully
- Work autonomously to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Partner with an internal SME for knowledge transfer and support during onboarding
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Strong SQL Server experience (SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2019)
- Proficiency in SSIS and SSRS maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience debugging stored procedures, triggers, and views to resolve system failures
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve proactively, and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
