Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple CRM implementation projects simultaneously, including planning, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with teams (internal and external) to gather requirements and deliver project documentation.
- Monitor project scope and address changes as needed.
- Prepare status updates, meeting minutes, and client reports.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 2 years of project management experience
- Experience managing technical implementations.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and project management certifications are a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
