We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems like iCIMS, Taleo, and Kronos
- Negotiate employment offers and manage contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes and manage social media recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or a related field
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, and Kronos
- Knowledge of Employee Relations practices
- Experience with Training Development is a plus
- Proficiency in utilizing HR software like ADP is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
