Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Services & Sales Associate to join our wealth management team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in financial services while supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development. You will play a key role in client service, administrative support, and sales efforts to help grow the firms client base.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Client Support & Relationship Management.
Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering documentation and processing paperwork.
Maintain accurate client records and update financial data in CRM systems.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring proper preparation of materials.
Address client concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
Support advisors in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce firm services and schedule consultations.
Assist in client prospecting efforts through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and educational materials.
Track sales activity and client engagement in CRM systems.
Operational & Administrative Support
Prepare reports, account summaries, and investment statements for client meetings.
Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Coordinate with custodians, investment managers, and other financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset.
Ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
Must have a strong interest in wealth management, financial planning, and sales.
Series 7 and 66, or ability to obtain within the first two years of hire required.
