- Operates equipment such as soda, juice, and milk dispensers.
- Serves as a role model for the company and responds positively to questions.
- Maintains attention to detail to ensure accuracy in Season Express, checks, and showcase, often handling hundreds of transactions.
- Functions effectively under stressful, demanding situations in limited spaces, with excellent time management skills.
- Works in non-smoking areas.
- Utilizes communication devices like telephones and bulletin boards.
- Engages with Guests to foster great guest relations and create opportunities for loyalty.
- Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Stays informed about applicable laws and operates within established guidelines.
- Demonstrated success in interpersonal relationships with diverse individuals and varying levels of authority.
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently.
- Cash-handling experience required.
