Part-Time F&B Cashier

Essential Job Functions

1. Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures, (SOPs).
2. Delivers and dispenses items ordered by Guests.
3. Takes Guest banking for all takeout checks.
4. Enters orders for Kitchen personnel using point of sale equipment and closes out checks.
5. Operates equipment such as soda, juice, and milk dispensers.
6. Serves as a role model for the company and responds positively to questions.
7. Maintains attention to detail to ensure accuracy in Season Express, checks, and showcase, often handling hundreds of transactions.
8. Functions effectively under stressful, demanding situations in limited spaces, with excellent time management skills.
9. Works in non-smoking areas.
10. Utilizes communication devices like telephones and bulletin boards.
11. Engages with Guests to foster great guest relations and create opportunities for loyalty.
12. Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
13. Stays informed about applicable laws and operates within established guidelines.

• Demonstrated success in interpersonal relationships with diverse individuals and varying levels of authority.
• Proven ability to multitask efficiently.
• Cash-handling experience required.
• Provides exceptional service by filling beverage and food orders for Guests.
• Effectively communicates through written, verbal, and body language interactions.
• This position demands sufficient experience, education, and job knowledge to meet current business needs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Occasionally exerts up to 50 pounds of force, frequently up to 20 pounds, and constantly up to 10 pounds to move objects. Requires prolonged standing, walking, and mobility. Involves bending and reaching from a level height to 6 feet. Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 40 pounds without hindrance.
