Position Summary
This position will have shared responsibilities between Oxford Casino and Chasers in Salem, NH. The position will be located in Oxford, Maine.
A Revenue Audit Lead performs the function and duties of a supervisor when none is present and will assist in the training of the function and duties of a revenue audit clerk, such as collection, verification and reconciliation of paperwork, logs, reports and checklists as needed for minimum requirements in a confidential, safe, compliant and timely manner.
Job Qualification Statement
The successful revenue audit lead candidate will be able to demonstrate supervisory skills and experience with a staff of 3 or more persons. The employee will be required to have a valid driver's license and demonstrate driving proficiency. The position may involve occasional travel to Salem, NH. The employee will assist in scheduling and training of revenue audit personnel. The employee will have Excel knowledge and the ability to work with office machines such as use of a calculator, computer equipment and copy/fax machines. The employee should have knowledge of the gaming controls and regulations. The employee must be 21 years of age. The employee will be able to distinguish letters from numbers. The employee should demonstrate the ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
Essential Job Function
- Accurately and with attention to detail, collect, verify and reconcile revenue figures using paperwork and reports. Complete all necessary forms and checklists and exception reports. Review all audit checklists and exception reports for compliance and timely response.
- Communicate any issues with team members, supervisor and attending departments.
- Follow procedures and directions, including job safety rules and regulations as well as compliance with State of Maine Gaming Regulations, Oxford Casino Internal Controls and security procedures.

- Ability to listen to and maintain effective working relationships with team members and management. Must maintain and protect confidential and sensitive information.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, or driving an automobile. The work environment involves everyday risk of discomforts, requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting rooms, libraries, residences, or commercial vehicles. Use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations, and traffic signals is needed. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
