SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining required documentation of game moves, maintenance and repair logs, and purchase orders and requisitions for game machine parts and supplies.
- Order parts and supplies as needed while staying within the budget limits.
- Training of game/gaming lead technicians and technicians and assistance in troubleshooting various gaming terminal malfunctions. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
- Monitor, direct, supervise, and observe slot action for adherence to company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.
- Development of staff, interviews, hiring, and evaluations.
- Safeguard casino assets.
- Complete and analyze reports of EGM performance and moves.
- Development of staff with a focus on engagement. Complete interviews, hiring, and evaluations.
- Meet with Departmental Directors and Managers as necessary.
- Maintain professional relations with all vendors.

- Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Slots technical department.

- Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Five to seven years’ experience in electronics and maintenance of technical equipment, game machines, with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Valid Gaming License.
