Performs a variety of clerical activities involving typing, data entry, answering phones, and filing.Hours of Work: Monday – Friday evenings and Saturday mornings; Occasional daytime and special event hours are also available. The typical schedule is 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, but hours can vary. Position works 2-3 evenings per week and approximately every other Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Answers main telephone line and serves as front desk receptionist by providing general information to the public in person and over the phone.Knowledge utilizing computer registration program, updates current codes, fees, etc.Sorts and distributes incoming mailOperates copy machine, cash register, calculator, computer programs and other office equipment.Types letters, memoranda, reports, schedules, rosters and other material.Processes facility reservations and program registrations for customers.Processes and completes daily deposit reports and bank deposits.Other duties as assigned.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Work is performed in a normal office environment. Several activities may be happening simultaneously, such as registering a customer and answering the phone. Work time may require irregular hours.
