Front-of-House Managers ensure that each guest experiences exemplary service from the moment they arrive until their last farewell.
We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager with experience in a full-service restaurant.
The Library is an exciting, stylish restaurant on the campus of Johns Hopkins / All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and host a variety of special events.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute of all aspects of guest service
- Lead the front-of-house team by word and example
- Follow and enforce systems and standards for the front-of-house
- Demonstrate high standards and personal accountability
Skills required:
- 2-3 years front of house experience in a relevant high-volume establishment
- Prior experience in skills related to your position
- Teamwork and leadership
Physical Requirements of the Position: All managers will regularly stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift in excess of fifty (50) pounds. Managers will also view a computer monitor and type/write on a regular basis; they must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
