What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Oxford Consulting Services, Inc.?
Oxford Consulting Services is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to assist with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and onboard all candidates The ideal candidate will have familiarity with ATS systems and practices and procedures. Hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9am-5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and follow up on all new hire and ongoing paperwork for practitioner employee/independent contractor files for all locations.
- Work with practitioners on an as needed basis to ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted and kept up to date.
- Conduct reference checks for therapists as needed.
- Input practitioner and family/school information into designated database
- Manage drug screening orders through i3Screen/I9 Everywhere/Pass the Trash
- Manage child abuse record checks through CARI
- Coordinate necessary therapist medical information with the Director of Nursing.
- Send necessary paperwork to school districts nationwide as needed (licenses, fingerprints, etc.)
- Answer/route incoming phone calls as appropriate
- Complete clerical components of RFPs nationwide
- Open and distribute mail
- Filing for program and billing department
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications/Education:
- Minimum of two years of office experience required
- High School Graduate required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Data entry experience preferred

- Excellent verbal/written skills.
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to multitask
