What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Placement Coordinator position at Oxford Consulting Services, Inc.?
Oxford Consulting Services is currently interviewing for a Placement Coordinator to support our NJ and PA operations. The Ideal Candidate will have experience with the placement of SLP, OT, and PT services, while also having a proven track record of growth within current clients, as well as fostering new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- · Maintain and foster relationships with current clients and potential clients in order to obtain additional business
- · Placement of therapists within school districts in NJ, and PA.
- · Placement of therapists to work with developmentally disabled adults throughout NJ
- · Negotiate/draw up contracts with both consultants and school districts
- · Liaison between clients and employees/independent contractors when there is an issue to be resolved
- · Ensure all billing is submitted and ready for processing.
- · Assist with accreditation process
- · Coordinate and assist with the implementation of the Electronic Visit Verification systems.
- · Other duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications/Education:
- Business degree from accredited college or university
- Staffing experience in the healthcare industry is required
- Sales experience a plus
Skills:
- Basic computer literacy of Word, Excel, Outlook, ACCESS
- Experience with an Electronic Verification System
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to multitask
