Oxford Consulting Services is currently interviewing for a full time Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Ideal candidate will have experience in high volume semi monthly and monthly billing and will have experience with billing Medicare and Medicaid. Candidate will be highly proficient in both communicative practices and attention to detail. Candidate must be able to work both in person and remote at our Manalapan, NJ Headquarters via hybrid schedule.

The Duties and Responsibilities for this position are as follows and applicants should be proficient at the following:
· Accounts Receivable - Generating highly detailed and accurate semi monthly and monthly invoices to customers.
· Preparing Bank deposits and processing by remote capture methods
- Must be proficient and knowledgeable of Quickbooks invoicing as well as Medicare, and Medicaid billing platforms
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
· Must be willing to assist with other tasks if/when designated
- Must be able to adhere to all deadlines and timeframes required for timely and accurate billing
Experience/Qualifications/Education:
· The Ideal candidate will have 5 years of high volume billing experience. Proficiency in Medical/Medicaid Billing, and knowledge of Quickbooks required.
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Skills:
· Must show a strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Must be well organized and a self sufficient
· Detail oriented, professional mentality, and trustworthy
· Proficient skill in Microsoft suite including but not limited to programs such as Excel and Word
· Possess strong organizational and time management skills
· Strong computer skills
