Oxford Consulting Services is currently hiring for part time Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide in home / group home Occupational Therapy services for adults with Disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We currently have cases available throughout New Jersey!

Job Description :
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals aged 21 and above in Group homes, Nursing homes, and Private residences
- Address client’s progress and engagement in occupations that affect client’s health, well-being and living quality
- Determine and implement the client’s treatment methodology, as well as guidance in interventions
- Perform therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs.
- Educate clients on better practices of approaching tasks and provide mentorship on how to work towards small goals.
- Provide proper care and instruction to family members and caregivers
- Oversight, data collection and correction on client progress towards long- and short-term treatment markers
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and families (in accordance with HIPAA and / or State / Federal regulations)
