Job Details
Clients are undergoing an internal reorganization and promoting several members of their internal Support Team and would like to bring on members to their existing team.
This role will focus on supporting internal end users and patients throughout their campus. Typical support would include PC support, printer/scanner support, supporting devices and connectivity, along with tablet and mobile device management. The role is customer-facing and will require soft skills, patience, and being able to explain simple technical solutions to non-technical end users.
Due to the nature of the position, this will require you to be on-site 5 days a week and there will be potential for travel within a 5-10 minute radius to support other offices within the system. Parking is free at all locations and this role could transition into a full-time position within the company.
MUSTS:
- Prior PC or Technical Support Experience
- Friendly and Calm Demeanor
PLUS:
- Experience with Intune
- Prior Experience in Healthcare
