Title: User Help Desk/Training Support (Teamcenter)
LOA: 9 months Extension (5 Year Project)
Term: Contract, W2 Only
Location: Davis County, UT
Overview:
As part of a Professional Services team, you will collaborate efficiently with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. This position requires excellent social skills, leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as configuration and implementation skills. As an Architect resource, you will be responsible for the translation of business requirements into specific process aligned designs for the DI Software solution-based on standard methodologies in the subject area. In this role, you will collaborate well with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer adoption by demonstrating the complete Delivery framework.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a central point of contact for users of Teamcenter to resolve day‐to‐day issues
- Track issues
- Track performance issues and work with Teamcenter core team to resolve
- Assist functional implementation teams to develop or update training materials
- Perform training of users on Teamcenter use and specialized functions for new and recurring users
- Assist functional teams to document requirements and transition manual business processes to Teamcenter workflows.
- This requirement must be met by personnel available on‐site during normal business hours throughout the PoP. (CDRL A003)
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university or college, preferably with software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for shown experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Multiple years designing Teamcenter or similar customer solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present sophisticated issues to multi-level audiences and optimally communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external Customers
Security Clearance:
- Candidate must be a United States Citizen and must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
