We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the parking facility
- Collect parking fees and provide accurate change using a cash register
- Direct guests to available parking spaces
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Provide valet parking services when required
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
