Position Summary

This position is responsible for social media oversight and marketing support within the in-house agency for Oxford Senior Living.

Essential Functions

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Accelerate the growth and engagement of targeted social media audiences.
Manage online reputation and monitor new and existing Company social media sites.
Develop and oversee targeted recruitment campaigns for digital audiences.
Develop new website content and ad copy.
Identify new avenues for recruitment and collaborate with internal teams to execute recruitment campaigns.

Design and production

Assist with reorders of existing marketing collateral for all Oxford communities.

Provide design production support on new and existing projects as needed.

Assist with creation of email marketing campaigns for internal and external audiences.

Provide vendor relations with printers, sign companies, apparel providers, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

Working knowledge of social media advertising and engagement metrics

Experience using Microsoft Office software

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite

Experience writing content for publication

Familiarity with Apple operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline

Working knowledge of printing procedures

Experience with photography or video editing
