The Who, What, Where, When & Why

Are you looking to combine your educational expertise with commercial impact in a rapidly scaling healthcare simulation business? This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of Oxford Medical Simulation’s Account & Impact Management team, improving patient care through exceptional educational services.

The Healthcare Account & Impact Manager (AIM) role combines account management with customer success. AIMs build strong partnerships with healthcare institutions, work with them to understand their needs, then demonstrate, implement, and support OMS virtual reality solutions, guiding clients to achieve optimal educational results. AIMs are dynamic, self-motivated, empathetic to the needs of clients and dedicated to helping them achieve optimal educational results. Your credibility, empathy, and strategic relationship-building skills will drive commercial growth (renewals, expansions, upselling) and client success.

No experience of VR is needed and all your training is provided by a close-knit team of clinicians and simulation experts with the objective to build expertise in virtual reality, simulation-based education and curriculum.

The OMS team is dedicated to delivering quality clinical training to healthcare professionals across the UK and US.

Because of you, patients’ lives will be saved.

Who you are:

  • You have 5 years of delivering nursing professional development, residency, quality and safety, or competency-based training within a hospital or healthcare system.

  • You ideally have a clinical education or clinical simulation background

  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills. You are a natural people-person who’s great at building rapport, and communicating in person, on the phone or via emails

  • You love the idea of a job where you get to travel the country, with some overnight stays.

  • You have a strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

  • You are curious, an excellent listener, and able to consult with a broad range of individuals to find the best solution for them.

  • You are enthusiastic, flexible and always learning.

  • You are driven and self-motivated, and pretty fearless. You thrive in new challenges

  • You are keen to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

What will you be doing:

  • You’ll be working within a close knit team of VR Simulation Success and Sales Experts. They will show you the ropes and help you support and manage the full sales cycle

  • Build, maintain and grow strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients

  • Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling and renewals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, effective implementation, and ongoing client satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OMS client inquiries, concerns, and requests

  • Capture and manage client information and data in our CRM system

  • Work with clients to improve learner engagement, satisfaction and outcomes.

  • Represent OMS professionally at industry events and conferences, maximizing opportunities to showcase OMS solutions effectively
