Essential Job Duties :

  • Complete / assist financial applications
  • Provide estimates to patient and providers
  • Collect deposits, estimates, previous balances
  • Determine health insurance benefits to make appropriate estimates
  • Report concerns / issues to supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements :

  • Be able to demonstrate proficiency of Microsoft office
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Complete tasks quick and efficient with accuracy with frequent disruptions
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
