Compensation : 100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
- Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
- Prospecting Activities utilizing a variety of methods via phone, email, direct mail, and more.
- Tour properties and conduct meetings with clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain your book of business and client relationships
- Interface closely with architects, contractors, lawyers, building owners, leasing agents, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the commercial real estate business.
- Financial Analysis and Underwriting
- Negotiate Commercial Leases and Sales Contracts
- Research and Learn about the Houston Commercial Real Estate Market
