We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist - Floater to perform administrative duties at our Cincinnati centers. You will assist our patients with scheduling and registering using our software, verifying insurances and answering patient phone calls. You will also collect co-payments, prepare deposits and send correspondence to medical offices. Additionally, you will serve as an extension of the physical therapists by retrieving the necessary equipment and paperwork for patients and cleaning/prepping.

- High School Degree (BS Degree in Exercise Science or Athletic Training a plus).
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Available to work Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking ability.
- Experience and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
