- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Dayforce, and Paylocity to maintain employee records and manage payroll processes.
- Oversee employee performance management systems, ensuring that evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently.
- Handle workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and development.
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Skills
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proficient in using HRIS software such as UltiPro, Dayforce, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decision-making processes.
- Experience with recruiting tools like Taleo to streamline hiring efforts.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
