- Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address payment inquiries.
- Support the team with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- A high GPA reflecting strong academic performance.
- Entry level to 1 year of accounts payable or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
