Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Director to lead and grow their Land Development projects in Northeast Florida. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to expand engineering presence in the region while mentoring and managing a team of skilled professionals.
As the Civil Engineering Director, you will focus on the implementation of both public infrastructure and private land development projects. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving the success of complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver high-quality public infrastructure and private land development projects.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence in Northeast Florida.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities with new and existing clients, building strong relationships through regular communication, client meetings, and event participation.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to budget and timelines.
- Monitor market trends, identify future work opportunities, and align organizational goals with client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
