Oxford Solutions is partnering with a legal client seeking a skilled Data Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement data management and analytics systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Data and Solution Architects to align technology solutions with best practices and strategic goals, implement DevOps for data platform solutions, and ensure secure and efficient data management.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure data solutions.
• Collaborate with Data and Solution Architects to ensure technology alignment.
• Implement DevOps practices for data platform solutions.
• Identify suitable platforms and technologies in partnership with the Data Architect.
• Develop and manage data integration processes using cloud-based tools.
• Optimize data architecture for performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 2 years of proven experience as a Data Solutions Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Data Platform tools, including SQL Server BI suite, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Data Factory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
