Oxford Solutions is helping an aerospace defense client fill a role for a Proposal Manager. As the Proposal Manager will work on cutting-edge projects related to advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Cloud Native solutions, and Quantum Physics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire proposal development process, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Direct proposal personnel and resources to deliver compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals.
  • Develop and manage proposal schedules and deadlines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business development teams.
  • Ensure proposals meet all compliance, legal, and quality standards.
  • Oversee and improve proposal strategies, content, and presentation.
  • Coordinate and lead proposal reviews and ensure continuous progress throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex proposals, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of the work.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) access.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working on proposals involving advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, VR, cloud-native solutions, and quantum physics.
  • Previous experience working in a defense contracting environment.
