Oxford Solutions has a direct hire opening with an engineering client seeking a Proposal Marketing Specialist to join their team and support business development efforts through compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong writing, organizational, and design skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

• Manage the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Develop engaging presentations and marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with technical staff to gather information, craft content, and refine messaging.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, project descriptions, resumes, and other marketing materials.
• Track and manage proposal deadlines, coordinate submissions, and support follow-up efforts.
• Ensure branding and messaging consistency across all proposal and marketing materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in proposal management, RFP responses, or marketing within the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical staff.
