Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a Tax Manager. Hybrid schedule. Must be able to travel between to locations (Amery, WI and Fergus Falls, MN). Can sit at either location.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-level tax engagements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support to managers and principals, including tax planning, preparing compiled financial statements, small business accounting, and researching technical tax issues.
- Formulate and deliver innovative tax planning strategies and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional client service and effective communication.
- Stay current on Minnesota or Wisconsin tax regulations, with confidence in learning and applying tax laws in the other state as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
