Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the executive / senior management team and program directors to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure, including systems, processes, and personnel, to support the organization's growth objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Guide the development and management of budgets, financial reports, and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Finance Team, providing guidance and consultation as needed.
- Promote team development and cross-training among team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, audit preparation, and compliance with non-profit accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in financial management and controls.
- Identify and implement strategies for financial growth and sustainability, supporting new business units and initiatives.
