Oxford Solutions has a client with an opening for an an ERM Analyst. For this role, you’ll lead incident reviews, records management, and insurance programs, conduct risk assessments, and present findings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and analyze operating incidents, identify root causes, and recommend risk mitigation.
- Oversee records management and insurance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct and present Bank-wide risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on risk-related tasks.
- Communicate risk findings to executives and regulatory personnel.
- Assist in quarterly SOX certification and other ERM duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, risk evaluation, or internal audit.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with GRC tools (MetricStream).
- Preferred: Experience with Tableau, banking industry, and audit/accounting background.
Salary : $80,000 - $83,000
