Proposal Coordinator (AEC Industry)

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Proposal Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the marketing and proposal development process for architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong PowerPoint skills, experience assisting with event materials, and knowledge of AEC industry proposals. Deltek software experience is a plus.

Essential Functions

• Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for AEC projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling content and graphics that align with company branding.
• Utilize PowerPoint to create polished, visually appealing presentations for client meetings and project pitches.
• Support event materials production, including signage, brochures, and other collateral.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, proposal templates, and project documentation.
• Assist in gathering and organizing information for RFQs (Requests for Qualifications) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency in proposal content.
• Leverage Deltek software for proposal tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Deltek CRM or other proposal management tools is a plus.
