Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a mid-level User Interface Developer with a proven track record of developing complex UI applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UI development and have experience writing JavaScript / TextScript source code from scratch.
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance, scalable user interfaces for web-based applications.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript / TextScript code-this is true UI development, not just integration of pre-built components.Build and optimize dynamic, data-driven web applications beyond simple websites or mobile apps.Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.Work within security and compliance frameworks, with an ideal background in government systems development.Ensure UI / UX consistency and performance across multiple platforms and devices.Qualifications & Experience
Computer Science or related degree strongly preferred; candidates with only bootcamp training may not be a fit.3 years of professional experience developing web client applicationsStrong expertise in JavaScript, with experience in TextScript a plus.Experience with modern frontend frameworks / libraries (React, Angular, Vue) is beneficial but not a substitute for deep JavaScript expertise.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and web standards.Proven experience in building UI components from scratchExperience with government systems and security requirements is a plus.Ability to obtain a security clearance highly preferredFull-stack development experience is nice to have but not required-this role is front-end focused.
