Based on market research, current conditions and previous experience, our recruiting firm has decided to create a new and separate company dedicated to serving the same niche but offering temporary and contract staffing. The person we are looking for will be involved in all aspects of marketing and sales. We are a specialized search firm dedicated to delivering high-quality talent solutions to our clients. The team is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding industry trends, and finding the best fit for candidates and companies. We are not high volume but follow a relationship-driven business model.
What You’ll Do:
You will spend your time on the phone - or meeting people! You will be trained to run a full-cycle (360) staffing desk, including making outreach sales cold calls to potential clients.
- Identify prospects and turn them into clients through consistent contact and marketing
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Assist with interview coordination and candidate communications
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Research market trends and talent pools for various industries
- Interact with executive recruiting group and piggyback on their relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Something extraordinary about you - what separates you from the pack?
- 1-3 years of experience in temporary staffing, recruiting, sales, HR, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
