What You’ll Do:
Tax Compliance & Planning
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S Corps, C Corps, trusts, and nonprofits.
- Analyze general ledger data, complex transactions, and technical tax rules.
- Manage government correspondence, audits, and examinations.
- Contribute to estate planning strategies and estimated tax payments.
Accounting & Financial Projects
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements for 100 entities.
- Reconcile account balances and create supporting workpapers.
- Identify and correct coding errors in financial statements.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Develop cash-flow statements, projections, and budgets.
- Analyze performance of various investments, including marketable securities and alternative investments.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1 years of income tax experience (C-corp experience not required!).
- Certification: CPA a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ProSystem is a plus.
- Personal Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-focused environment.

Compensation
Base salary in the $80-100k range plus a bonus and benefits package that reflects your expertise and growth potential.
