We are currently working with the Head of Tax of a Fortune 500 company based in the Denver area to help them find and hire a Tax Manager replacing someone that recently left the organization. This position will be part of a large, mostly domestic, tax group that handles all income tax compliance, reporting and accounting and planning. As the Tax Manager you will get exposure to a wide variety of tax related projects promising to keep you engaged and growing.

The Tax Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 4 years of tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Proven technical proficiency in preparation of complex corporate tax returns
- Recent, hands on experience preparing or reviewing tax provisions prepared according to US GAAP and ASC 740
- Proficiency with current tax technology tools and adept as using systems and data to drive efficiency
- Exhibits core values of integrity, accountability, leadership and professionalism
- CPA license preferred
All qualified candidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or a work visa/permit. Out of state candidates will be considered but no relocation assistance is available.
Qualified candidates may currently have a title such as: Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, Senior Tax Accountant, Senior Tax Associate, Tax Specialist, Tax Consultant, CPA, etc.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
